Guided tour at Casa dell'Abate Naldi

It is possible to visit the house and the garden by appointment.

We are waiting for you to tell you the story of the house and its inhabitants.

Our house is right on the main street of the historical downtown of San Quirico. On both sides of the large doorway there are two built in benches that the old people of the village used to call “ Sor Vittorio little walls”. Obviously they refer to Prof. Vittorio Simonelli, who was born here in 1860, the grandfather of Vittorio Cipolla, the current owner…

Did we intrigue you?

Come and visit us and we will tell you how the house has changed over the centuries according to the decorative trends of the moment or according to the practical needs of those who lived and still lives there …

We will show you the large drawing room with decorated walls where we host the concerts, the dining room with its travertine fireplace, the old kitchen and the hanging garden and with the bravest we will climb the small tower overlooking the house, from which you can enjoy an unusual view of the roofs of San Quirico and the Horti Leonini, a 16th century Italian garden, surrounded by the rolling hills of the Valdorcia …

At the end of the visit we will enjoy together a glass of wine with a small appetizer sitting in the garden or in the drawing room when the weather is cooler.

The tour can be organized for groups of 4 to 12 people and lasts about 1 hour
