The exhibition will take place simultaneously in three locations in Val d'Orcia, Tuscany, Italy, from April 5th to 28th, 2025..From 1993 to 1998, Haruko Nakamura was so fascinated by Val d'Orcia that she traveled there many times from Japan - seven times in a single year! - to capture and document the rhythms of nature and life in every season.The exhibition will display about 50 pieces, each selected from the photography book "The Sound of Light - pure and simple". The opening will bo on Saturday April 5th at Casa dell’Abate Naldi, at Manu-Facto Store and at Agriturismo Il Rigo. With the participation of Diva Orfei, author of the book Alle porte coi sassi , testimonies of the of the changes that took place in those years.

Casa dell'Abate Naldi is located in San Quirico d'Orcia, one of the many beautiful small towns nestled in the rolling hills of Val d'Orcia, in Tuscany. It is a historic house of inestimable historical and artistic value and one of the main monuments in the town. It is a member of ADSI. But above all, Casa dell'Abate Naldi is a house deeply loved and intensely lived by its current owners, Vittorio and Lorenza Cipolla: the house has been in their family for nearly 400 years.
